You need to wear your trays for about 20 to 22 hours a day; basically wear them all the time unless eating. You wake up, take them out to eat and brush, then put them back while sleeping. You should carry a toothbrush with you because you need to brush and floss before the trays go back in.

Are There Things I Can’t Eat or Drink When Wearing Invisalign?
The best part of clear aligners is that you can eat whatever you want. Since you take the trays out, nothing gets stuck in any wires. Just be sure to clean your teeth before reinserting the aligners. Invisalign allows you to:

How Often Will I Need to See the Dentist During My Treatment?
